On the morning of April 22, the opening ceremony of Liaoning Stock Exchange Market was officially held in Liaoning Friendship Hotel. Liu Qiang, deputy governor of Liaoning Provincial People's Government, delivered an important speech at the ceremony and unveiled the Liaoning Stock Exchange Center with Xie Wei, deputy general manager of Shanghai Stock Exchange. Liu Qiang and Ge Weiping, deputy governor of China Securities Association, opened the market for Liaoning Stock Exchange Center. The opening ceremony was presided over by Wang Ying, director of the provincial government's financial office. Wang Linlin, chairman of Liaoning Stock Exchange Center, Gao Guanjiang, chairman of Xinda Securities, and Xie Wei, deputy general manager of Shanghai Stock Exchange, made speeches successively. The leaders of China Securities Association, Shanghai Stock Exchange, provincial relevant units, municipal governments, listed enterprises, member units and relevant associations participated in the activities.
At the launching ceremony, Xu Kefei, general manager of Liaoning Equity Exchange Center, signed strategic cooperation agreements with state-owned banks such as Construction Bank, Communications Bank, National Development Bank, Minsheng Bank, Shengjing Bank, joint-stock banks and local commercial banks. Nine cooperative banks provided more than 7 billion yuan in total to the listed enterprises of Liaoning Equity Exchange Center. Credit quota; and with Xinda Securities, Shanghai Dongkai Investment Management Company, Huapu Tianjian Accounting Firm, Deheng Law Firm and other member units to sign membership agreements, to provide continuous and professional service guarantee for small and medium-sized enterprises in Liaoning Province.
